“There is a problem with the Term Date” error message. What does this mean? How can I fix it?
You received a Term Date error for one of the following reasons:

The Term Date is in an invalid format. The Term Date must be formatted in the following manner: mm/dd/yyyy. Note that a 4-digit year is required. To correct this error, reformat the date and resubmit your data.

The Term Date listed is in the future. The employee’s term date must occur prior to or during the current reporting year, or they should not be included in this year’s reports. To correct this error, make sure the Term Date is not after the current reporting year and resubmit your data.
