“There is a problem with the Coverage Type End Date” error message. What does this mean? How can I fix it?
You received a Coverage Type End Date error for one of the following reasons:

The Coverage Type End Date is in an invalid format. The Coverage Type End Date must be formatted in the following manner: mm/dd/yyyy. Note that a 4-digit year is required. To correct this error, reformat the date and resubmit your data.

The Coverage Type End Date listed is in the future. The employee’s Coverage Type End Date must occur prior to or during the current reporting year, or they should not be included in this year’s reports. To correct this error, make sure the Coverage Type End Date is not after the current reporting year and resubmit your data.
