“There is a problem with the Total Individual Premium Data” error message. What does this mean? How can I fix it?
You received a Total Individual Premium Data error because you listed an employee as being part of a Cost Variable health insurance plan, but the Total Individual Premium response listed on your datasheet is in an invalid format.
The Total Individual Premium data must be numbers only. A decimal point is allowed (to indicate dollars and cents), but not required. If you use a decimal point, make sure there are only 2 numbers after the decimal point, as additional numbers will result in an error. No other characters are permitted in this field, including a dollar sign.
