“There is a problem with the Dependent Last Name Data” error message. What does this mean? How can I fix it?
You received a Dependent Last Name error for one of these reasons:

The Last Name field for a dependent was left blank. The Last Name field is required. To correct this error, enter the dependent’s last name into this field and resubmit your dependent data.

The field contains numeric characters. The Last Name field supports letters only. To correct this error, remove any numbers from the field and resubmit your dependent data.
