The ACA Track data integrity test checks that the employee information you provided is consistent with known data rules. In this case, an employee has multiple Job Statuses listed for the same period of time. This typically occurs because a new Status Begin Date is not listed for an employee’s updated Job Status.


Locate all Job Status changes for the employee, and make sure that: there is a new Status Begin Date provided for their new Job Status.
