“COBRA Waived coverage is only required for a reduction in hours” error message. What does this mean? How can I fix it?
The ACA Track data integrity test checks that the employee information you provided is consistent with known data rules. In this case, Cobra Waived coverage is listed for an employee after they termed.
You only need to report COBRA Waived coverage when there is a reduction of hours. To correct this error, remove the COBRA Waived row and resubmit your data.
