Why haven’t I received an email with my Data Inspection results?
When uploading your data file, make sure that the file passes both the File Format and Data Validation inspections, before clicking away from the page (this should only take a few minutes). If your file fails either of these tests, the system will not move to the Data Integrity testing, and you will not receive an email with your Integrity Testing results. But don’t worry, you can always check the status of your current inspection in the Data Management module, under the Data Upload tab.
Note: If your data has passed the first two inspections, there may be a delay between the time results are available on the Data Upload tab and when you receive your Integrity Testing Results email.
