What is the difference between an Actual Batch and an Inspection Batch?
Inspection Batches are used to test your draft census files. You can run as many of these tests as you like, in order to correct any potential errors before running your Actual Batch. Inspection Batches are only for testing purposes and cannot be used as the source for your final 1095-C reports.
Actual Batches are used to upload your final census data in preparation for generating your 1095-C forms. The Actual Batch option is ONLY available if you are uploading data through December.
