Your Actual Batch should be uploaded in the same way you uploaded your Inspection Batches, following the instructions in our Uploading Data Guide.


 

The Actual Batch option is ONLY available if you are uploading data through December. If you are uploading preliminary data (through a prior month), you will not be able to select the Actual Batch option. 

 

Note: In order to process your 1095-C forms, you must upload an Actual Batch and correct any errors identified during the Data Inspection process. If, for whatever reason, you have run previous Actual Batches, you will need to delete any old Batches before we can process your 1095-C forms. It is NOT necessary to delete old Inspection Batches.
