If errors are reported during your Actual Batch upload, those should be handled in the same way you handled errors on your Inspection Batch files, following the instructions in our Uploading Data Guide.


Use the results of your Data Validation Report () and Data Integrity Report () to make the necessary changes to your Employee or Dependent Data File.



Once you have corrected your Data File, return to the Data Upload History tab and click the corresponding Re-Upload icon to upload your corrected data file.



Do Not create a New Batch to make corrections. New batches should only be started when you are uploading a brand-new datasheet for a new month, or for a new subset of employees that was not previously included in your data. For example, you may need to upload a new batch if your New Jersey employees are being loaded in a separate file from your Pennsylvania employees, etc.
