Why did ACA Track create multiple 1094-C forms for the same division?
If you made corrections after submitting your files to the IRS, the IRS requests that we submit multiple 1094-C forms along with your Corrected 1095-C forms.
Based on the new information you’re filing, ACA Track will automatically create the following forms:
- A Non-Authoritative 1094-C to go along with any new 1095-C forms you are filing.
- A Non-Authoritative 1094-C to go along with any corrected 1095-C forms.
- A Corrected 1094-C which lists the new count for total 1095-C filings.
