I generated a corrected 1095-C form for an employee. Why isn’t the “Corrected” box checked?
The Corrected box is only checked if the employee’s 1095-C has already been submitted to the IRS. If you have not yet generated and submitted your 1094-C form for that division, the Corrected box does not need to be checked on the 1095-C form.
If you have already submitted the employee’s form to the IRS, make sure to select “Corrective Batch” when uploading the edited employee data file.
